Our Team
Bennie Su is the Managing Member of Hiraeth Capital Partners LLC. Currently, he is based in NYC and also sits in the Private Equity Group at Capital Square, a vertically integrated real estate company with $7bn AUM.
Prior, Bennie served on the Private Equity Group at Amherst, a real estate investments and development company based in Austin, TX with $17bn AUM.
Bennie began his career at BlackRock as an Analyst and was promoted to Vice President in the Fixed Income Investments Group. There, he was responsible for identifying opportunistic investments across the capital stack in US corporates for the firm’s $32bn AUM flagship unconstrained fund.
Bennie received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
